In accordance with our motto "No Compromise on Quality", WSL aims to manufacture garments of exceptional quality. All technical and aesthetic aspects are closely monitored at each step of development, sampling, and production, resulting in garments of superior style, comfort, and longevity.

Procurement:

Fabrics used in WSL garments are purchased solely from reputed mills that guarantee AZO free products and the highest quality standards. All fabrics are tested internally for parameters such as color fastness and dimensional stability to verify that the required standards are met. WSL also engages third party testing agencies, such as Bureau Veritas and SGS, for fabric and garment testing based on the requirements of our customers.

Trims are purchased from world-renowned vendors such as YKK, Avery Dennison, Checkpoint Systems, Mainetti and Freudenberg.

Raw Material and Garment Inspection:

WSL enforces the four-point system for fabric inspection and the 2.5 AQL system for garment inspection to ensure that only the best quality garments are shipped to our customers. Each garment is passed through a needle detection machine before being packed to guarantee needle-free garments.

Industrial Engineering and CAD:

WSL has a team of skilled personnel with expertise in garment engineering to identify the requirements of specialized machinery and deploy the most efficient line setting plans. All patterns are generated using CAD software such as Lectra or Gerber to meet garment specifications with precision and accuracy.
